Tony Robbins is recognized as a world authority on the psychology of leadership, negotiations, organizational turnaround, and peak performance. John's coaching certification is with Tony's official coach training school, the Robbins Madanes Training Center.

Dr. Wayne Dyer (1940-2015) was an internationally renowned author and speaker in the fields of self-development and spiritual growth. He wrote over 40 books. We think his book, Excuses Begone!, which was also done as a presentation for public television, is particularly useful for behaviour change.

Psychologist Dr. Doug Lisle explains with great wit and clarity why we become addicted to food - and how we can escape. His book, The Pleasure Trap is a great read and his TedX Talk is both enlightening and hilarious.
