SLS Health Coaching is here to help you as much as we can. We’re not here to reveal “secrets” to those who “sign up now”. Although it’s not yet widely known how much the right lifestyle behaviour can give you amazing health, there are no secrets. The information you need has been known for thousands of years and North American science has been proving and publishing it for decades. In this Resources section we've provided information that explain all you need to know and what you need to do. We've grouped this information into the four main areas of our coaching: Goals, Food, Exercise, and Stress Management.
