"SLS" stands for "Sustainable Lifestyle Solutions". We help people solve their health problems with lifestyle changes that are easy to sustain. The foundation of our coaching is to help people adopt a "whole-food, plant-based" (WFPB) diet. But when we use the word "diet" we simply mean "a way of eating". Typical diets are not sustainable. With SLS you can forget about calorie-counting, forget about portion-control, forget about starving, and forget about tasteless, unsatisfying rabbit food. A WFPB diet is centered on whole, unrefined, or minimally refined fruits, vegetables, tubers, whole grains, and legumes, and excludes or minimizes meat (including chicken and fish), dairy products, eggs, and highly refined foods.
